The entry is final upon the arrival of the payments. The fee is determined by the time of the payment. Pay 5 € extra / person to receive a cancellation insurance.
The personal information of the participant may be given either by e-mail, fax or post, or as a message of the payment – the choice is yours.
Those, who make the payment after the 19th of August, must be prepared to present a receipt of the payment at the registration desk of the happening.

Cancelling the participation, the cancelling fee
In case of an illness, the participation fee can be moved on to the next year’s Myllyn Pyöräily if the cancelling fee of 5 € is payed along with the participation fee. In order to get the right the participant should send a written certificate/statement to prove the illness or injury.The participation fee is not returnable in any case.
